Whenever we think we are good, we can be even better.

There is nothing more meaningful than to pursue a life of development and betterment. When I strive to become better than I am, I feel everything around me become better too. See everyday as an opportunity. Try to be a better version of yourself. Do something today so that your future will thank you. In order to feel that way, you must make little change or improvement in your normal routine life. Here are some ways which should implement by everyone in order to improve yourself.

1)Wake up early

You need to wake up an hour early to live an hour more. Waking up early has been acknowledged to improve your productivity and your quality of life. When you wake up early, your mindset is already set to continue the momentum and proactively live out the day.

2)Have a exercise routine

Its good when you starts with being in better physical and mental shape. It helps you to discipline yourself also improve character and self esteem, prevention of disease, reduce the level of stress and anxiety,improve quality of dream. You can hit the gym or do Yoga. Yoga (yogic aasan with pranayam meditation)  is good for finding inner peace,alleviating stress,achieving a strong ,lithe and flexible body, reducing the risk of injuries,weight loss,respiratory fitness,healing chronic pains.

3)Get out of comfort zone

Stepping out of comfort zone and trying new thing is the best way to grow. Real growth comes with hard work and sweat. Being too comfortable doesn’t help us grow, it makes us stagnate. Shuffle routine a bit and do something different exposing yourself to a new content makes u grow.

4)Read a little bit every day –

20 mins of reading daily collaborate with brain stimulation and stress reduction. Reading acquire new knowledge ,information ,get better communication skill, widen vocabulary, improve our imagination. Books are concentrated sources of wisdom. The more books you read, the more wisdom you expose yourself to. When you’re reading a book every day, you will feed your brain with more and more knowledge.

5)Pick a new hobby

You know its time to start something new and trust the magic of beginning. Learning something new requires you to stretch yourself in different aspects, whether physically, mentally or emotionally. Beyond your usual favorite hobbies, pick up something new. Learn any new sport or enroll for any recreational activity or skill cooking ,dancing or craft workshop anything but do something and you will grow physical, mental.

6)Learn new language

Learning new language will develop and open your mind. It is Beneficial for academic and work environment. Different language is different vision of life. learning new language is just an another way of representing your things and think. Learning a language is a whole new skill altogether and the process of acquainting with a new language and culture is a totally a mind-opening experience.

Earn experience to improve your skills. If u play sport,u can strive to to be stronger or faster , if u write u can aim to improve your writing skills. It will make u feel better in everything motivate you. Take up a new course for gain knowledge and learn skills. The more you learn the more you earn.

8)Be in an inspiring environment

You are product of environment surround yourself with the best one. Your environment sets the mood and tone for you. If you are living in an inspirational environment, you are going to be inspired every day. Surround yourself with people who have dream, ambition and desire, they will help you to realize your own. make your room clean and inspirational. A room that motivate you, will effect your mood and tone.

9)Make list

Start day with to do list, day will be more productive. Make a list of things that make you happy. Make a list of task you do every day or you want to do. This list helps you to stay focused. If you won’t finish this you will end up being extremely unproductive.

10)Set very large goals

Set a goal so big that you can’t achieve it until you grow into that person who you can. The larger is goal the greater is opportunity. The impossible goal makes u go beyond normal ability because they are very ambitious.

11)Identify your obstacles

Everyone has two type of self obstacle in life one is self flaws and another one is blind spot. Everyone has flaws. What’s most important is to understand them, acknowledge them, and address them. Blind spot are things that we are not aware of or  we can’t see or feel about us but somehow that is degrading. Identifying yourself help you to discover areas in which you can improve and continue to develop, identify all things people, events that make u feel annoyed, weird, angry, stressed, depressed or affected. In that u will discover new thing about yourself.

12)Challenge someone

Challenges are what make life interesting,overcoming and meaningful. Competition is one of the best ways to grow. Set a challenge and compete with someone who is interested to see who achieves the target first. Working together always makes task easier, through the process, both person will gain more than if you were to set off on the target alone.

13)Quit bad habit and cultivate new habit-

A change in bad habits leads to a change in life. First recognize bad habit of yourself then identify how it affect u, look for a substitute and mostly avoid situation that motivate you to do bad things. Cultivate some good new habits, it will give you new thought, new role, new life. You will feel something else from your normal.

14)Write

Start writing about you, your day and your life. write about your personal growth and comment what you have learning from others. You can start blogging or write journal, it is a great way to learn from yourself as you will write you will clarifying your thinking. Then read what you wrote on the prospective of third person, So u will learn more about yourself.

15) People in Life

When have to live in this world with people only. So for a better life avoid negative people, Don’t spend too much of your time around them if you feel they drag you down. next you must learn to deal with negative people. There are times when there are difficult people you can’t avoid, such as at your workplace, or when the person is part of your inner circle of contacts or in family. Try to learn from people who inspire you  it can be friend , family, colleague or any unknown person also.

16) Get a mentor or coach –

Mentor is someone who wants you to grow. There’s no faster way to improve than to have someone work with you on your goals, who train you, advice you, inspire you, lead you, give right direction for your development.

17)Reduce the time spend on digital devices

Related imageTime is precious, use it wisely.  Stop investing too much time on social media, watching TV, and chatting. It will be a lot of wasted time. If you are using that digital world then don’t addict. Try to spend time on social media , TV or chat for knowledge or good purpose only.

18)Learn Games

Leaning to play game even better if you play Strategy games. It will improve the power of brain,  entertainment and exercise your analytical skills. You can also learn strategy from other board games or computer games. Strategy game is not about winning. Sometimes it’s simply about learning and so is life.
